Steps for Windows Mail (Vista)

1. Open Windows Mail on your computer. Choose the Tools menu and select Accounts.

2. Click Properties

3. Change the Mail Account Name to pop3.heartofiowa.net, and both E-mail address and Reply address to your new heartofiowa.net address (example: username@heartofiowa.net).

4. Click on the Servers tab. Change Incoming mail (POP3) to pop3.heartofiowa.net, Outgoing mail (SMTP) to smtp.heartofiowa.net and Account name to your unique email username (the first part of your email address).

5. Click OK and then Close.

You have now made the required changes.
